Initial Ideas and Planning - Minutes of Meetings

 
This was minutes of the first team meeting for the upcoming show of We Will Rock You. In this we discussed what types of things would need to be done by who, for example, for me the set design needed to be sent so I could start making the lighting plan as soon as possible and the first draft of that should be done before the next meeting (the following Wednesday).
From the meetings minutes an agenda was made to remind the team of what would need to be completed for the next meeting. It was also used as a starting point of what the SM (Sam Osbourne) would need to as in the next meeting.
 
 

This is the minutes from the following meeting, where my example from earlier about the set design had been resolved with me being sent it. This meant that the lighting plan draft was done and to be discussed with JP the technician.
 
 
The point of these minutes is that for every team meeting things will be discussed that need action, for example props need to be made for the cast to rehearse with and more specific things like the possibility that of running out of DMX cable and if we do we would need to source more. These meetings should be regular as then the whole team, specifically the SM and DSM, will know exactly where everyone is up to and what needs to be done.
